Ordering
Orders placed through this website are only confirmed once payment has completed successfully. You will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you do not receive confirmation, call us on 023 8042 1444 before re-ordering.
Prices & payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at the time of ordering via Stripe.
Collection
Zamanos is currently collection only — we do not offer delivery. Collection times shown are estimates, not guarantees; busy periods may take longer. We may contact you by phone if there is an issue with your order.
Cancellations & refunds
Once your order is being prepared it cannot usually be cancelled or refunded. If there is a problem with your order, call us straight away and we will put it right.
